Terms of Use
Effective date: October 14, 2026
These Terms govern your use of AirMuz, an AI-powered service for creating original songs, music, lyrics, and related content. AirMuz is operated by ExploreApps sp. z o.o., ul. Lipowa 3D, 30-702 Kraków, Poland.
Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using AirMuz, its mobile applications, websites, and related services (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use after the effective date of an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
The Services
AirMuz lets you describe an idea, mood, style, or story and generate songs and other musical content with artificial intelligence. Features may include lyrics, vocals, cover artwork, audio uploads, and tools for saving, replaying, and sharing your creations. Features and availability may vary by platform, region, plan, or product version.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use them only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Where an account is required, you must provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly tell us about unauthorized access.
Your inputs and AI output
You keep ownership of text, audio, images, and other materials you submit (“Your Content”). You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit them and to allow us to process them.
You authorize ExploreApps and its service providers to host, process, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate the Services, provide requested generations, keep the Services secure, and provide support.
AI output can be unexpected, inaccurate, similar to output generated for other users, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing output and checking that publishing or using it complies with applicable law and third-party rights. We do not promise that any output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features require a subscription, purchase, or credits. The price, billing period, included benefits, and renewal terms are shown before you pay. Web payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider; in-app payments are processed by Apple or Google under their applicable terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through the platform where you purchased them before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the applicable platform’s policy and mandatory consumer law. We may change plans and prices prospectively with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- imitate a real person’s voice or identity without appropriate permission;
- upload malware, attack our systems, scrape the Services, or bypass technical restrictions;
- create or distribute unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, defamatory, or dangerous content;
- impersonate a person or misrepresent generated content as an authentic recording by another artist;
- send spam, conduct fraud, harvest personal data, or solicit personal data from minors;
- use the Services or their output to train or build a competing AI service without permission.
We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, third parties, or the Services.
Ownership and intellectual property
ExploreApps owns the Services, software, design, trademarks, and other materials that we provide, excluding Your Content and third-party materials. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use output generated for you for lawful personal or commercial purposes. This does not give you rights in third-party content, and it does not guarantee that output is protected by copyright or free of similar works.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The Services and AI output are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExploreApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. You may stop using the Services at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Services. You should keep copies of content that matters to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live remain unaffected. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
