Information we collect

Depending on how you use AirMuz, we may collect:

• account and contact details, such as your email address and sign-in provider;
• subscription, purchase, credit, and customer-support information;
• prompts, quiz answers, lyrics, settings, uploaded audio or images, and generated songs and artwork;
• device, app, browser, IP address, language, approximate region, and diagnostics;
• usage, attribution, and campaign information, including identifiers used to connect a web visit with an app install when you follow an app link.

Payment providers generally process full payment-card details directly. We receive transaction and subscription information needed to provide the Services and support purchases.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure AirMuz, create the songs and other output you request, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, understand product performance, measure marketing, and comply with law.

Our legal bases under applicable data-protection law include performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

AI features and your content

Your prompts, uploaded materials, and related metadata are transmitted securely and processed to provide the generation or feature you request. We may use specialized service providers for music generation, storage, hosting, analytics, payments, attribution, and customer support.

Do not submit personal or confidential information that you do not want processed for the requested feature. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any voice, image, audio, or other material you upload.

ExploreApps does not sell your prompts, uploads, or generated content. We do not use them to train our own generalized AI models without a separate, informed consent. Third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy policies for the processing they perform on our behalf.

Analytics, attribution, and cookies

We use essential storage and similar technologies for security, authentication, preferences, and site operation. Where required, we ask for consent before using non-essential analytics or advertising technologies.

AirMuz may use Amplitude for product analytics and FunnelGrove and attribution links for funnel and campaign measurement. Funnel events are limited to the product events configured for the service. You can manage device permissions and, where available, platform tracking choices through your device or browser settings.

When we share information

We share information with vendors that help us operate the Services, such as Google Cloud and Firebase hosting and storage, Stripe and app stores for payments, Amplitude for analytics, FunnelGrove and attribution providers for campaign measurement, and AI-generation providers for requested output. These providers process information under contractual instructions and applicable safeguards.

We may also share information when you ask us to, to protect rights and safety, to comply with law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, complete transactions, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention depends on the type of information and your relationship with us. You can delete eligible content and may request deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No service or transmission method is completely secure.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority. You can opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link.

To make a privacy request, email support@airmuz.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

International transfers and children

ExploreApps is based in Poland. Vendors may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

AirMuz is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without the consent required by law, we will take steps to delete it. Users under 18 should use the Services only with a parent or guardian’s consent.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Services or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
